The Main Floor showcases a lively, open-concept layout with a wraparound bar, open kitchen, ceviche bar, and retractable glass doors that lead out to the Riverside Patio—an ideal indoor-outdoor setting with views of the river and pathways. During the day, you’ll also find beloved local spots Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters and Sidewalk Citizen Bakery sharing the space.

Upstairs, the Second Floor offers a private, elevated atmosphere that overlooks the dining room below. With two bars, private washrooms, and plenty of room to mingle, it’s the perfect setting for a more exclusive celebration or reception.

Lottie Weddings (Charlotte) is a passionate and detail-driven planner who finds true joy in helping couples celebrate love with the people who matter most. With a natural talent for organization and a deep-rooted love for social events, her journey into event planning has been shaped by years of experience and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable moments.

After relocating to Calgary in 2016, she began her career in residential development and construction. But even while navigating that world, her love for planning—whether international adventures or local celebrations—remained constant. With over 10 years of experience in multitasking, budgeting, and logistics, she brings a calm, capable presence to every wedding she plans.

What sets her apart is her collaborative spirit. She thrives on working closely with vendors to bring each couple’s vision to life, ensuring that every detail—from the décor and music to the catering—is thoughtfully curated and seamlessly executed. Whether it’s a large celebration or a small, intimate gathering, her goal is always the same: to craft a celebration that feels deeply personal and joyfully unforgettable.

Florist | Pine for Cedar

Pine for Cedar began with a wedding and a creative spark. In early 2017, founder and floral designer Brittany was planning her own wedding with her partner, Stephen. After attending a few floral workshops for fun, she decided to take on the challenge of designing her own wedding flowers. With a natural knack for crafting and creativity, she quickly picked up the fundamentals of floral design.

While the days leading up to the wedding were filled with the usual stress (and more than a few flower orders), the experience sparked something bigger—a passion for wedding florals and the realization that this could become more than just a one-time project. That experience led to the beginning of Pine for Cedar.

Following the wedding, she dove into further floral education, earning her floral design certificate from Mount Royal University and completing advanced courses in floral and business design from industry leaders like Jessica Zimmerman and Holly Chapel.

By November 2017, Pine for Cedar was officially born—rooted in a love for intentional design, natural beauty, and helping couples bring their wedding vision to life through thoughtful, artful florals.

Stationery Designer | Seeking Light Studio

Andrea is the Calgary-based stationery designer and artist behind Seeking Light Studio, a creative brand known for its thoughtful, fine art approach to wedding and event stationery. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (First Class Honours) from the University of Calgary, Andrea brings a strong foundation in drawing, painting, and printmaking to every piece she creates—blending traditional techniques with modern design.

Seeking Light Studio was founded during a pivotal moment in Andrea’s life, when she rediscovered her creative spark by combining her love for paper, design, and craftsmanship. What began as a personal passion has since grown into a heartfelt business built around creating meaningful, artfully designed stationery for life’s most special moments.

With every suite, Andrea’s goal is to bring light, intention, and beauty to her clients’ wedding stories—capturing their style through timeless, tangible details.
